Our Highlights of 2024
- Completed our most senior placement ever: This year, we conducted the most senior top-level leadership search in our history. Exceeding the client’s expectations was a proud moment for our team.
- Opened our new Southeast Asia office: Our new office in Ho Chi Minh City positions us to better support clients with “China + 1” growth strategies. Together with our Shanghai-based team, we’re excited to complete your executive search projects in the region.
- Successful placements across Asia: We achieved a record number of top-level placements in China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, and Korea, further strengthening our regional expertise.
- Spent quality time with our global partners: Organizing and hosting the annual meeting of the Lense & Lumen Advisory Group in Singapore – the first in Asia – deepened our relationships with this exceptional network of HR professionals.
- Expanded our reach in APAC: New Zealand has become a key growth market for us, and this year we got to visit our clients and partners “down under” for the first time. We also visited and strengthened our partnerships in India and Japan.
- Supported our executive search clients in new ways: We launched Team Leadership Coaching and Interim Management services to address evolving talent needs, going beyond our core leadership search offerings.
- Rebranded to FES Partners: Reflecting our commitment to excellence and evolution, we rebranded from Fiducia Executive Search to FES Partners. Alongside this, we launched a fresh website to showcase our renewed vision.
- Celebrated stability in our growing team: While welcoming new colleagues, we celebrated the long tenure of our core team members, highlighting the strength and stability that drive our success.
- Upgraded our assessment tools: With Hogan certification and OD-Tools personality tests, we’re providing deeper insights into candidates’ capabilities. Over 30 candidates were assessed this year with these advanced tools.
- Offered global solutions through our network: Leveraging our Lense & Lumen partners, we connected clients with top talent across Europe and the US, delivering more cross-border solutions than ever before.
- Hosted and spoke at high-quality events: From co-hosting the Leaders’ Circle in Shanghai to other impactful networking events, we’re fostering dialogue on leadership and talent strategies.
A Setback and a Lesson
Growth isn’t without its challenges. This year, we lost three exciting projects to competitors. These cases pushed us to sharpen our edge, reflect on our processes, and stay ahead to deliver unmatched value.
