With his 20 years in Asia, he developed a track record in advising SMEs and large family-owned companies from the DACH region in building robust leadership teams.

Thaddaeus has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and gained experience in the Automotive sector and an American technology company before joining Fiducia in 2005 in a sales role. He quickly understood his passion is in HR and recruiting and he has been leading the growth of FES Partners since its inception.

He excels in finding, assessing and placing high-performing professionals for various industry leaders from manufacturing, machinery, automotive and components. He also regularly conducts searches for purchasing offices in Hong Kong, China and SEA.

Thaddaeus is a father of two, lives in Singapore and speaks German and English. In his free time, he enjoys travel with family, bicycle and tennis.

Dora has more than a decade of experience in executive search and has successfully placed hundreds of leadership candidates for clients in consumer goods/retail, industrial and the technology sector across Asia.

Her deep insights into the China talent market give her a unique ability to help organizations find the right leaders for their context, and clients praise her frequently for her candor and transparency.

One of her most notable achievements in recent years has been with New Zealand companies entering the Chinese market, including the country’s largest meat exporter.

Before joining FES Partners, Dora worked at global executive search firms for over 5 years. Previously, she led the in-house HR team of a multinational semiconductor company, which means she knows the ‘other side of the table’.

Dora leads our team in Shanghai. As a certified executive coach, she is expanding our leadership development capabilities. She speaks English and Mandarin and enjoys long distance running in her free time.

Based in Tokyo, Jonathan brings over two decades of executive search experience in Japan and Asia, with a strong track record advising foreign-capitalized companies on building high-impact leadership teams.

After beginning his career in Taiwan, Jonathan moved to Tokyo in the early 2000s, becoming a partner at one of Japan’s oldest HR consulting firms. In 2007, he co-founded a Tokyo-based executive search firm, later expanding it into a global franchise with over 20 offices. Following a successful acquisition by a FTSE-listed company in 2013, he continued to drive growth and profitability after the integration phase.

Jonathan specializes in C-suite and Director-level searches for international companies across Japan and Asia. He has also led major Diversity & Inclusion and talent pipelining initiatives for some of the world’s largest organizations including Mastercard and GE. His expertise includes leadership development and psychometric assessments.

Originally from South Africa, Jonathan holds a postgraduate degree in Psychology from Rhodes University. In his free time he rides snowboards with his teenage children and competes in age group triathlons.

Martin has over 20 years of experience in leadership development and talent strategy across global corporations, including IBM, GE, and HP. At FES Partners, he designs and delivers culture transformation and leadership programs tailored to business needs across Europe and Asia.

He has trained more than 70,000 learners in over 100 countries, making him one of Asia’s most cross-culturally experienced facilitators. His areas of expertise include Sales Acceleration, Executive Leadership, Manager Enablement, Consulting Academies, and Foundational People Skills.

Martin is fluent in Mandarin, English, and Japanese, and holds certifications including CPTD, PMP, and Thought Leader Facilitator. Known for his strategic mindset and calm approach, he brings both precision and warmth to every engagement.

He is currently based in Shanghai and enjoys mindfulness practice, coaching, and learning about different cultures.

Tuan is a driven professional with a background in banking and finance, holding a Diploma in Business Administration.

He is on a mission to facilitate the growth of industrial companies in Southeast Asia. Having relocated from Switzerland to Vietnam, Tuan has joined FES Partners in their Ho Chi Minh City office, where he plays a vital role in business development and project delivery. His multicultural background, and enthusiasm for cross-cultural experiences enable him to contribute effectively to the company’s expansion in the vibrant Vietnamese market. Fluent in German, English, and Vietnamese, Tuan effortlessly communicates with diverse stakeholders, leveraging his multilingual skills to build connections. During his free time, Tuan enjoys cycling and traveling, which fuels his passion for exploration.

Ma Li is from Hunan Province and has more than 13 years of recruitment experience, including a decade as HR Business Partner in a German paper packaging company supporting the recruitment of the entire APAC regional team.

At FES Partners, she specializes in investment goods (especially packaging industry) as well as FMCG, supporting all executive-level hirings. She accurately grasps recruitment needs with a high-level business acumen and delivers efficiently.

Ma Li holds a master’s degree in Applied Psychology and she loves communicating with candidates and building rapport and trusting relationships with them.

She speaks English and Mandarin and enjoys trying new things and keeping life fresh, traveling with family, or watching a performance with friends.

With her energy, strong communication skills, and 12 years of experience in HR, Mickey Mi is instrumental in bringing FES Partner’s positive corporate culture to life.

As HR and Admin supervisor, she helps to make sure every team member is feeling and performing at their best. She supports our team with the same approach we promise to our clients, swiftly finding the best solution to any problem with flexibility.

Mickey is from Shanghai and holds a bachelor’s degree in HR and Social Security. She is a mother, and in her free time she enjoys music and movies.

Hannah is from Hubei Province and has more than 10 years of experience assisting European and US companies in finding the best-fit talents in the APAC region.

She focuses on department head to executive-level position roles, and has comprehensive knowledge in plastics, IT, components and technology industry.

With a degree in Engineering Management, she loves understanding technical applications and uncovering the best sales talents for clients’ roles in Greater China and Taiwan.

She has worked in different recruiting companies and has been instrumental in implementing FES Partners own candidate software solution. As a certified provider of OD Tools®, a range of web-based tests to assess character traits, Hannah regularly leads personality assessment projects for our clients.

She speaks English and Mandarin and she enjoys spending her free time with her young daughter or traveling across Asia with her family.
