Executive and team coaching

Psychometric assessments

As a certified provider of OD Tools®, FES Partners offers a suite of web-based psychometric assessments that help organisations make better decisions about people — whether evaluating candidates for a senior role, developing existing talent, or building a stronger team dynamic.

OD Tools® assessments are designed to measure character traits, behavioural tendencies, and leadership potential in a structured, objective way. They complement the qualitative judgement of an experienced search consultant with data that adds depth and confidence to hiring and development decisions.

We use psychometric assessments as part of our own executive search process, and we offer them as a standalone service for clients who want to evaluate internal candidates, assess team dynamics, or support succession planning.
