On behalf of our client, a European-headquartered trading group, we are currently looking for a Market Intelligence & Sales Manager to join their Asia team and support market development and sales execution across China and the region.
The company is a global trading specialist in pulp and industrial fiber materials. With a presence in over 80 countries, it maintains long-term supplier partnerships and delivers tailored sourcing and market insights to key players in the textiles, paper, and fiber-based materials industries.

Ideal candidate profile
- 5–10 years of experience in commodity trading, market analysis, or industrial sales
- Background in pulp, paper, fiber, textile chemicals, or related sectors preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-facing skills
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Comfortable with frequent travel (50–60%) in Northern China
- Self-driven, intellectually curious, and capable of building trust-based client relationships
