As we wrap up 2025, we want to thank our clients and partners for your trust and support. It’s been a big year for us, and we’re excited to share some highlights

2025 Highlights

• Joining Valtus Group as their official China partner for Executive Interim Management solutions.
• Expanding into Japan with Jonathan Falconer joining our Tokyo team.
• New Shanghai Office – a bigger space in a prime location to serve you better (office warming celebration coming soon!)

Broadening Leadership Solutions

Executive search remains at the heart of what we do. This year, we expanded our ability to support clients with both interim leadership solutions through our partnership with Valtus Group —helping organizations address urgent leadership gaps and long-term needs with confidence.

Six Months in Japan – How Are We Doing?

Our first half-year in Japan has been full of learning and impact. Two recent case studies:

• Cleaning Equipment Manufacturer – We helped secure a top Managing Director after a challenging leadership transition, navigating cultural and negotiation complexities.

• High-Performance Engineered Plastics Specialist – Delivered a succession plan for a long-standing MD in a niche business, managing delicate dynamics and ensuring a smooth onboarding.

In both cases, we could leverage our experience with these clients across Asia to succeed in Japan. These projects are a great example of our commitment—and our ability to use Asia-wide experience to deliver in a complex market like Japan.

Global Partnerships in Action

Another year of great collaboration with our Lense & Lumen Advisory Group partners! Together, we delivered cross-border executive search solutions, including placements in China and Vietnam with Hansen Toft (Denmark) and others.

We also deepened our cooperation with Dr. Maier & Partner in Germany and welcomed ASPPL (India) to the network during our annual conference in Stuttgart—strengthening global connections to better serve clients in Asia.

Strengthening Our Coaching Offering

This year, we took our Team Collaboration Days to the next level—combining executive search insights with leadership coaching to help teams tackle real business challenges. With Martin Zheng joining our coaching team, we’ve added deep cross-cultural expertise, enabling leadership teams across Asia to work together more effectively.
